Manchester Dental Student Society hosted its highly anticipated annual grand ball in February with over 200 undergraduate students in attendance.
The evening started with a string quartet and followed into the beautiful venue of the monastery.
Students enjoyed a 3 course meal and vendors, including a 7-tier chocolate fountain, dessert table and candyfloss.
Awards were handed out including, the award of ‘most likely to become a clinical tutor’ which was presented in honour of Somanda.
We hope from this, students are more aware of what Somanda is and how we, as students, can contribute to the society.
There was also a stunning bhangra performance before the dance floor opened and the night partying started.
MDSS gave thanks to Somanda for their continued support towards events such as these and look forward to working with Somanda again.
